First, we catch up with Jane Marks from Merchant Road Events a Melbourne based creative event management studio and discover how they have embraced new ways of working to combat COVID-19. Jane  also speaks with SBF on how the young women in their refugee program have inspired her with their resilience and courage when faced with challenges.

Peter Dunphy, Executive Director of the Better Regulation Division at the New South Wales Government speaks with Kochie about how to support your staff during the crisis to remain vigilant for mental health issues.

We meet up with Nicholas from Neptune Food & Wine. Nichoals talks with us about how his eatery in Melbourne's Windsor has coped with facing COVID- restrictions.
